火力发电厂煤斗消防系统设计探讨

Coal Bucker Fire Extinguishing System Design Of Fossil Fired Power Plant

  • 摘要: 分析了火力发电厂煤斗火灾成因,认为采用低压二氧化碳按照惰化理念进行煤斗消防设计为最优方案。低压二氧化碳惰化系统的灭火剂用量,应按照美国NFPA850规范进行计算,同时考虑100%备用;低压二氧化碳系统采用双罐式布置可提高系统的可靠性;二氧化碳储罐应设置在主厂房零米层,并靠近煤斗和通道。

     

    Abstract: As the analysis of coal bucker fire in fossil fired power plants, low pressure carbon dioxide inerting system is the most effective protection scheme. The amount of carbon dioxide agent should be calculated in accordance with the NFPA850 Standard, and 100% standby should be considered. The low pressure carbon dioxide system adopts two-tank arrangement could improve the reliability of the system. Carbon dioxide storage tanks should be layed in ground floor of the main building, close to the coal bucket and the passage.
