开关柜常见故障原因分析及应对措施探讨

  • 摘要: 开关柜作为电力系统中低压电网最主要的主要设备之一,具有结构紧凑、操作方便、结构可靠等优点,但由于开关柜数量庞大,在运维过程中受各地气候环境及运维质量的影响,开关柜类设备缺陷及故障数量较多,部分开关柜缺陷处理涉及停电范围较广,有些甚至需要母线停电,由于中低压电网接线方式多为单母分段结构,母线停电将会造成客户大面积停电,影响正常生产生活用电,本文主要对日常运维工作中常见的故障进行分析总结,制定相应的控制措施,确保电网安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: As one of the main equipment in the low-voltage power grid of the power system, the switchgear has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, and reliable structure. However, due to the large number of switchgear, it is affected by the climate, environment, and quality of operation and maintenance in various regions during the operation and maintenance process, resulting in a large number of missing and faulty switchgear equipment. Some switchgear defects involve a wide range of power outages, and some even require bus power outages, Due to the fact that the wiring methods of medium and low voltage power grids are mostly single bus segmented structures, bus power outages will cause large-scale power outages for customers, affecting normal production and daily electricity consumption. This article mainly analyzes and summarizes common faults in daily operation and maintenance work, and formulates corresponding control measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
