新能源智慧运维平台智能监盘研究与应用

  • 摘要: “双碳”背景下,我国风电、光伏装机量稳居世界第一。为解决新能源电站设备分散、数量众多,运维难度大,高水平运维技术人员稀缺等问题,建设集中运维系统提升集约化水平已是必由之路。集团新能源智慧运维平台智能监盘系统以场站实时/历史秒级海量数据为基础,研究和开发了设备的长停、频切、低效、通讯中断、线路断闸等实时状态监盘工具,重复性故障、有效故障等智能故障报警监盘工具,KPI指标预警和设备运行性能等智能分析监盘工具,打通了集团和区域运维平台,各级平台监盘指标和数据共享,帮助运维人员提高监盘效率和运维水平。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of "dual carbon", China's installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic ranks first in the world. New energy power station equipment is scattered, the number is large, the operation and maintenance is difficult, high-level operation and maintenance technicians are scarce, and the construction of centralized operation and maintenance system to improve the level of intensification is the only way. Based on the real-time/historical second-level massive data of the station, new energy intelligent operation and maintenance platform intelligent monitoring system has researched and developed real-time status monitoring tools such as long-stop, frequency cutting, inefficiency, communication interruption, line disconnection, etc., intelligent fault alarm monitoring tools such as repetitive faults and effective faults, and intelligent analysis and monitoring tools such as KPI indicator early warning and equipment operation performance, which has opened up the group and regional operation and maintenance platforms, and the monitoring indicators and data sharing of platforms at all levels to help operation and maintenance personnel improve monitoring efficiency and operation and maintenance level.
