Abstract:
This article analyzes and calculates the potential of each component of the overhead ground wire melting ice automatic wiring device, combined with the device's burning position and mechanism function, and concludes that the reason for the device's arc burning is the mismatch of mechanism potential and insulation coordination that does not meet the design principle. Through comparison of solutions, it is concluded that the best way to solve such hidden dangers is to use the potential reduction method, where the grounding switch is installed on the tower where the automatic grounding wire melting ice connection device is located.
