循环水泵蝶阀控制系统的研究与优化

Research and Optimization of Butterfly Valve Control System for Circulating Water Pump

  • 摘要: 摘 要:某电厂660MW机组循环水泵蝶阀控制系统原采用就地PLC控制柜方式,蝶阀相关逻辑及信号均在PLC中,主机DCS画面仅能监视蝶阀状态和远方发送开关指令。本文讲述该电厂热工人员对PLC逻辑和控制回路分析后,取消PLC,将相关逻辑组态整合到主机DCS中,重新搭建控制柜硬接线回路,并对控制柜电源优化的全过程,改造后各项功能试验正常,运行正常。

     

    Abstract: ABSRTACT: The 660MW unit circulating water pump butterfly valve control system of a power plant originally adopted the local PLC control cabinet mode, the relevant logic and signal of the butterfly valve were in the PLC, and the host DCS screen could only monitor the butterfly valve status and send switch instructions remotely. This article describes the whole process of the PLC logic and control loop analysis by the thermal engineers of the power plant, canceling the PLC, integrating the relevant logic configuration into the host DCS, rebuilding the control cabinet hard wiring loop, and optimizing the control cabinet power supply.
