水轮机空化在线检测技术研究与应用

Research and Application on Online Monitoring Technology of Cavitation in Hydraulic Turbine

  • 摘要: 本文从空化现象的发生机理出发,开发出通过分析发生空化时辐射出的空化噪声能量时频特征判定水轮机空化发生与否及表征空化发生程度的实时检测技术。该技术已应用在包括贯流式、轴流式、混流式和水泵水轮机等水轮机型式的多个电站,具有安装便捷、安全可靠的特点,可以应用在水轮机优化运行和智慧机组建设等领域。

     

    Abstract: Based on the occurrence mechanisation of cavitation, this paper develops an online monitoring technology to determine the occurrence of cavitation in hydraulic turbine and judge the severity of cavitation by analyzing the change of time-frequency characteristics of cavitation noise radiated by hydraulic turbine during cavitation. This technology has been applied in many hydroelectric power stations including bulb turbine, Kaplan turbine, Francis turbine and pump-turbine. It has the characteristics of convenient installation, safety and reliability, and can be applied in the fields of optimal operation of hydraulic turbine and smart unit construction.
