电化学传感器法检测SF6气体分解产物CO含量异常分析及处理

Analysis and treatment of abnormal CO content in SF6 gas decomposition products by electrochemical sensor method

  • 摘要: 针对某六氟化硫断路器用电化学传感器法检测SF6气体分解产物试验发现CO含量异常问题,结合其他试验情况对该断路器运行情况进行综合分析,判断出CO含量异常原因是电化学传感器法检测SF6气体分解产物时,CO传感器受到H2的干扰,导致测量结果不准确。为验证该分析,对该断路器的SF6气体采样后用气相色谱法分析检测,结果显示气样中含有较高H2,CO含量正常,验证了分析的准确性。

     

    Abstract: The abnormal CO content of a sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker was found in the test of detecting SF6 gas decomposition products by electrochemical sensor method. Combined with other test conditions, the operation of the circuit breaker was comprehensively analyzed, and the abnormal CO content was determined to be caused by the interference of H2 on the CO sensor when detecting SF6 gas decomposition products by electrochemical sensor method. The measurement result is inaccurate. In order to verify the analysis, the SF6 gas of the circuit breaker was sampled and analyzed by gas chromatography. The result showed that the gas sample contained high H2 and the CO content was normal, which verified the accuracy of the analysis.
