风力发电机组变桨轴承连接螺栓失效分析研究

Research on the Failure of the Connecting Bolts of the Pitch Bearing in Wind Turbine Generators

  • 摘要: 为了明确某风电场风力发电机组变桨轴承连接螺栓的断裂原因,对断裂螺栓进行了失效分析。采用化学成分分析、金相组织分析、几何尺寸测量、力学性能及断口观察等手段进行分析,分析得出:螺栓断裂的原因主要与第一螺牙处牙底半径过小有关,同时,第一螺牙处受力较大对裂纹的萌生和扩展起到了明显的促进作用。本文明确的螺栓断裂原因,为保证风力发电机组安全、稳定运行提供重要的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the cause of the fracture of the connecting bolts of the pitch bearing of a wind turbine generator unit in a wind farm of Huaneng Group, a failure analysis was conducted on the broken bolts. Through chemical composition analysis, metallographic structure analysis, geometric dimension measurement, mechanical properties, and fracture observation, it was found that the main reason for bolt fracture is due to the small radius of the tooth base at the first screw tooth. At the same time, the large force at the first screw tooth has a significant promoting effect on the initiation and propagation of cracks. The reasons for bolt breakage identified in this article provide important technical support for ensuring the safe and stable operation of wind turbines.
