Abstract:
The power grid of most domestic coal chemical enterprises has the problems of small number of self-owned units, obvious characteristics of "large machine and small network", the use of parent control for steam supply, low standby capacity, weak regulation capacity, and high safety level of power supply load. At the same time, the load of chemical enterprises has process interlocking, which has high requirements for power supply reliability, continuity and safety, and if there is a stable damage accident, it will affect safe production and cause serious economic losses. Taking Liyuan Group as an example, its operating characteristics, self-owned power plant heating and power generation characteristics, and unique load characteristics of chemical processes need to build a control system with higher and more complete requirements than conventional power grids, which is mainly based on safety and stability control + unit coordination, supplemented by fast cutting, simultaneous and out-of-step de-queue technology, to form an integrated safety and stability control system.
