水电机组增容中的水力设备设计计算

  • 摘要: 水电机组因效率降低、绝缘降低等原因对机组进行增容。增容机组与水力设备关系密切,增容后机组的调速功发生变化,水力设备的接力器、调速器、油压装置等设备应满足这一变化,分析了水力设备的参数计算、系统设计;增容后机组的调保计算要求也发生改变,调保计算与水力设备相关,说明增容机组转动惯量和水力设备分段关闭规律对于调保计算的影响;电网也对增容机组的水力设备性能有新的要求,通过计算说明水力设备在水电机组中的工作原理、设计要求、计算方式。主要用于水力计算来分析设备的参数和性能,水力设备是水电机组的关键和重要设备,同时水力设备也是对增容机组能力、效率的反应和长期运行可靠性、调节性能的保证。

Analyse the parameter calculation and systematic design, The unit's calculation of regulative guarantee requirements also changed, Which is relate to the hydraulic equipment, The effect of inertia and closed in steps on calculation of regulative guarantee is explaine. The grid also has new requirements for the performance of the hydraulic equipment to the capacity extension unit. Illustrate the working principles,design requirements,calculation method. which are mainly applied in mechanical calculation to analyse the parameters and performance of the equipment, The hydraulic equipment is the key and important equipment of hydroelectric unit, At the same time, The hydraulic equipment is also the response to the capacity and efficiency of the capacity extension unit and the guarantee of long-term operation reliability and regulation performance.
