面向新型电力系统的虚拟电厂资源分类方法与资源聚合方案分析

Resource Classification Method and Resource Aggregation Scheme Analysis of Virtual Power Plant for New Type Power System

  • 摘要: 清洁、低碳发展已在世界范围内达成广泛共识,新型电力系统是能源转换的重要平台,虚拟电厂是建设新型电力系统的基本要素、为双碳目标的实现提供重要支撑。对虚拟电厂内部资源合理地分类及聚合管理是挖掘资源潜力、优化调控的关键点。首先,从主体资源类型、可调性、源-储-荷、需求响应模式、代理商运行5个视角阐述虚拟电厂资源分类方法。然后,基于构建资源单体模型到资源集群模型的思路,剖析了虚拟电厂资源聚合方案,提出可调度潜力梯形模型。其次,对半控型资源和可控性资源进行分析,构建半控型资源和可控性资源聚合模型,量化出虚拟电厂的可调空间。最后,在源-荷-储分类基础上,提出源-荷-储单体模型,通过2个阶段资源聚合策略,实现对虚拟电厂资源聚合对外特征的画像。文中提出的虚拟电厂资源分类方法与资源聚合方案作为虚拟电厂广泛聚合、调控需求侧多元资源的重要技术手段,可以助力提升新型电力系统的灵活性与调节能力。

     

    Abstract: Clean and low-carbon development has reached broad consensus around the world, the new type power system is an important platform for energy transformation. Virtual power plant is the basic element of the construction for new type power system, to provide important support for the realization of dual carbon goal. Reasonable classification and aggregate management of internal resources in virtual power plant is the key point to tap the potential of resources and optimize the regulation. Firstly, classification method of virtual power plant resources is described from five perspectives: main resource type, adjustability, source-storage-load, demand response mode and aggregator operation. Secondly, based on the idea of building a single resource model to a resource cluster model, the resource aggregation scheme of virtual power plant is analyzed, and a trapezoidal model of schedulable potential is proposed. Then, the semi-controlled resources and controllable resources are analyzed, the aggregation model of semi-controlled resources and controllable resources is constructed, and the adjustable space of virtual power plant is quantified. Finally, on the basis of source-load-storage classification, a single model of source-load-storage is proposed, and a two-stage resource aggregation strategy is used to sketch the external characteristics of virtual power plant resource aggregation. Virtual power plant resource classification method and resource aggregation scheme proposed in this paper, as an important technical means of virtual power plant extensive aggregation and regulation of multiple resources on the demand side, can help improve the flexibility and regulation ability of new type power system.
