一起CT20弹簧操作机构断路器本体三相不一致保护动作分析

Analysis of Three Phase Inconsistency Protection Action of CT20 Spring Operating Mechanism Circuit Breaker Body

  • 摘要: 某220kV变电站在操作将一CT20型断路器由热备用转运行时,由于该断路器B相弹簧机构未储能,B相合闸失败,造成非全相运行导致本体三相不一致保护动作。本文通过分析此次断路器储能异常的原因及可能造成的影响,从设备安装设计、运维操作方面提出改进措施,对电网安全可靠运行有着重要意义。

     

    Abstract: the B phase spring mechanism of the circuit breaker did not store energy and failed to close, reDuring the operation of a CT20 type circuit breaker from hot standby to operation in a 220kV substatiosulting in non full phase operation and inconsistent three-phase protection action of the main body. This article analyzes the reasons for the abnormal energy storage of the circuit breaker and the possible impacts, and proposes improvement measures from the aspects of equipment installation design, operation and maintenance, which is of great significance for the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.
