带电工具库房维修感知技术与PCB设计应用

  • 摘要: 带电作业工具库房的维修技改,面对大量电网统一信息视频监控平台的海量数据,采用基于传统的互联网架构TCP/IP方法的数据处理模式,会带来较长的网络延时,带来较大的网络负载。本文结合项目实际应用物联感知技术和pcb线路板集成智能自空系统调控技术,将带电作业工具库房的装置和设备,除湿、干燥、加热、降温、通风、工具信息集成采集布局,接入电网统一信息视频监控平台,将安全工器具台账信息、作业计划信息、安全工器具领用归还信息、环境监测等数据集成应用。带电作业库房维修应用感知与PCB技术,具备集成自空系统调控手工同步、自动两种功能,接口简单灵活模块设计浅显,运行稳定可靠,有效地提升了的带电作业库房智能管理水平。

     

    Abstract: In the face of a large number of massive data of the video monitoring platform of the unified information of the power grid, the data processing mode based on the traditional Internet architecture TCP / IP method will bring a long network delay and a large network load. This paper combined with the practical application of sensing technology and pcb circuit board integrated intelligent air system control technology, the device and equipment of live work tool warehouse, dehumidification, drying, heating, cooling, ventilation, tool information integration collection layout, access to the grid unified information video monitoring platform, safety instrument parameter information, operation plan information, safety tools return information, environmental monitoring and other data integration application. Live work warehouse maintenance application perception and PCB technology, with two functions of integrated self-air system control manual synchronization, automatic, simple and flexible interface module design, stable and reliable operation, effectively improve the intelligent management level of live work warehouse。
