2.5MW风力发电机组齿轮箱断齿分析

Reasons for Tear Toooth Breakage of 2.5MW Wind Turbine Box

  • 摘要: 主齿轮箱是风力发电机组的重要部件,其正常运行对风力发电机组有重要影响。本文对风力发电机组主增速齿轮箱断齿进行了原因分析。对太阳轮和齿圈的断齿试样分从化学成分分析、金相组织、力学性能、断口的微观形貌分析等方面进行全面的分析太阳轮材料材各项性能符合要求;齿圈材料未进行表面强化,且金相组织不均匀,出现带状组织,导致材料的硬度、强度、冲击韧性整体偏低。分析确定齿圈材料的强度低是导致该齿轮箱失效的主要原因之一。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of the wind generation, the main gearbox has an great impact on the wind turbine. The causes of teeth breakage in the main gearbox of wind turbine generator was analyzedin this paper. Chemical composition, metallographic organization, mechanical property tests and fracture micro-morphological analysis were carryed out from the broken teeth of the sun wheel and gear ring specimens. It is shown that the sun wheel material material properties were in line with the standard requirements. But the gear ring material was not treated by surface-strengthened, and the metallographic organization was not homogeneous, the appearance of banded structure, resulting in low hardness of the material, strength, impact toughness of the gear ring material. The low strength of the ring material is one of the main reasons for the failure of the gearbox.
