A Development Method for Backup protection on the low-voltage side of transformer,Which integrats Busbar Protection and Automatic Transfer Switch

摘要: 国内35kV以下电力系统一般采用不直接接地系统，故障时不能及时切除，主要依靠上下级开关时间配合来隔离故障，切除时间长，且有死区。本文提出一种基于GOOSE通讯方式的新型主变低后备保护的设计思路，集成母线保护和备自投保护功能，技术合理、投资经济，具有很强的实用性。

Abstract: This article proposes a new design concept for backup protection on the low-voltage side of transformer, which integrates busbar protection and automatic transfer switch. The technology is reasonable, the investment is economical, and it has strong practicality。
