A Signal Monitoring and Intelligent Decision System

  • 摘要: 针对电力调控工作中监视信号不断增加而带来的问题,本文设计了一种基于Python语言的信号监视与智能决策系统,通过读取数据库内相应数据表单,进行数据分析、分类和统计,形成相应的信号总览和数据看板,同时进行语音报警。针对特殊信号或未复归信号,采用基于文本相似度技术的智能决策功能,自动匹配相应的信号处置策略,辅助监视人员处置信号,降低了“漏监视”风险,有利于减少非计划停电检修次数,提升电网运行可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem caused by the continuous increase of monitoring signals in power dispatch and control work, this article designs a signal monitoring and intelligent decision-making system based on Python language. By reading the corresponding data forms in the database, data analysis, classification, and statistics are carried out to form the corresponding signal overview and data dashboard, and voice alarm is also carried out. For special signals or unrecognized signals, intelligent decision-making functions based on text similarity technology are adopted to automatically match corresponding signal processing strategies, assist monitoring personnel in signal processing, reduce the risk of missed monitoring, and help reduce the number of unplanned power outages and improve the reliability of power grid operation.
