Fault Analysis and Handling of Box Transformers in Photovoltaic Power Stations

  • 摘要: 本文通过针对光伏电站箱式变压器生产运行中常见的故障现象出发,对故障原因进行了分析,指出了箱式变压器在运行管理、检修维护、设备选型、保护配置过程中的常见的问题,为有效降低光伏箱式变压器设计缺陷,提高光伏电站变压器运行稳定性提出了有效的解决方案。本文从现场箱式变压器的故障分析出发,有效指出了光伏电站箱式变压器的设计、制造方面缺陷,对开展箱式变压器故障分析具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the common fault phenomena in the production and operation of photovoltaic power station box-type transformers, this article analyzes the fault reasons and points out the common problems in the process of box-type transformer operation management, maintenance, equipment selection, and protection configuration. It proposes effective solutions to effectively reduce design defects of photovoltaic box-type transformers and improve the operational stability of photovoltaic power station transformers. This article effectively points out the design and manufacturing defects of photovoltaic power station box-type transformers based on the on-site fault analysis of box-type transformers, which has certain guiding significance for carrying out box-type transformer fault analysis.
