火电厂凝结水精处理技术发展和现状探讨

Discussion on the development and current situation of condensate polishing technology in thermal power plants

  • 摘要: 凝结水精处理对保证机组的水汽品质具有重要作用,根据统计超临界机组主要为前置过滤+混床形式,亚临界及以下主要为混床形式,以高塔法再生为主。通过电厂化学技术监督和研究发现,目前精处理存在混床运行偏流、树脂泄漏和再生效果差等问题。在现有的改进技术基础上,结合精处理问题的现场分析和处理,从设计和运行上提出进一步的优化技术,可有效防止混床布水装置损坏、树脂泄漏和保证树脂再生效果,进而提高混床运行周期,减少除盐水用量和废水排放量。同时还论述了精处理节水减排的运行方式,有利于电厂废水零排放工程的实施,具有明显的经济和环保效益。

     

    Abstract: Condensate polishing plays an important role in ensuring the water and steam quality of the unit. According to statistics, the supercritical unit is mainly in the form of pre-filtration+mixed bed, and the sub-critical unit and below are mainly in the form of mixed bed, mainly in the form of high tower regeneration. Through the chemical technical supervision and research of the power plant, it is found that there are some problems such as the operation bias of the mixed bed, resin leakage and poor regeneration effect in the polishing treatment at present. On the basis of the existing improved technology, combined with the on-site analysis and treatment of the condensate polishing problem, further optimization technology is proposed from the design and operation, which can effectively prevent the damage of the water distribution device of the mixed bed, resin leakage and ensure the resin regeneration effect, thus improving the operation cycle of the mixed bed, reducing the amount of demineralized water and wastewater discharge. At the same time, it also discusses the operation mode of water saving and emission reduction in the polishing treatment, which is conducive to the implementation of the zero discharge project of power plant wastewater, and has obvious economic and environmental benefits.
