浅谈分布式电源接入配电网继电保护配置及整定

  • 摘要: 随着大量分布式电源接入配电网,将对系统继电保护带来一定的影响,配电网络由单电源、辐射型供电网络变成多电源共存的系统网络,系统故障情况变得复杂,影响了原有保护的可靠性、选择性、速动性和灵敏性,可能造成保护、重合闸及备自投装置的拒动和误动。本文针对分布式电源接入配电网,研究分布式电源接入配电网对保护产生的影响,提出分布式电源接入配电网继电保护的配置和整定,为电网设计、运行积累经验。

     

    Abstract: With a large number of distributed power sources connected to the distribution network, it will have a certain impact on the system relay protection, the distribution network from a single power supply, radiation power supply network to a multi-power coexistence system network, the system fault situation becomes complex, affecting the reliability, selectivity, rapidity and sensitivity of the original protection, may cause protection, reclosing and standby self-investment device rejection and misoperation. This paper studies the impact of distributed power access to distribution network on protection, and proposes the configuration and tuning of relay protection for distributed power access to distribution network, so as to accumulate experience for power grid design and operation.
