关于LW25-252型断路器储能回路设计隐患分析

Analysis on design of energy storage circuit of LW25-252

  • 摘要: 本文先对LW25-252型高压断路器控制及储能回路进行了原理分析 , 然后针对一起送电现场断路器储能回路故障导致断路器本体三相不一致保护动作跳闸案例 , 分析了因储能回路设计不合理导致当继电器损坏时,弹簧未储能状态下不能闭锁合闸回路,也不能给后台发信号的隐患,并提出相应的解决措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper first to the LW25-252 high voltage circuit breaker control and energy storage circuit principle analysis, and then for transmission field circuit breaker energy storage circuit fault breaker body three phase inconsistent protection action trip case, analyzes the energy storage circuit design unreasonable when the relay damage, spring can not lock closed circuit, nor signal to the background hidden trouble, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
