  • 摘要: 锅炉点火是机组启动的重要环节,对整台机组运行的安全性、经济性起着至关重要的作用,特别是我公司#1、#2锅炉将E层燃烧器微油抢改为等离子后,经常出现等离子漏水、拉弧不成功情况,点火初期,炉内燃烧不稳,2个及以上等离子灭弧会造成锅炉灭火。本文通过查找、分析锅炉等离子故障原因,提出解决措施,提高了锅炉等离子系统运行的可靠性,确保锅炉点火后一次启动成功,为公司在清洁、低碳发电方面奠定坚实基础。

     

    Abstract: Boiler ignition is an important part of unit startup, playing a crucial role in the safety and economy of the entire unit operation. Especially after our company's # 1 and # 2 boilers changed the micro oil burner of the E-layer to plasma, plasma leakage and unsuccessful arc pulling often occur. In the early ignition stage, the combustion inside the furnace is unstable, and two or more plasma arc extinguishing can cause boiler fire extinguishing. This article investigates and analyzes the causes of boiler plasma faults, proposes solutions, improves the reliability of the boiler plasma system operation, ensures a successful start after boiler ignition, and lays a solid foundation for the company in clean and low-carbon power generation.
