电缆绝缘表面粗糙度对电缆附件界面性能的影响

  • 摘要: 本文就电缆绝缘表面粗糙度对电缆绝缘与电缆附件配合界面性能的影响进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:电缆绝缘表面越粗糙,其界面耐电强度越低,但处理电缆绝缘表面的砂纸达到1200目使得电缆绝缘表面粗糙度足够小时,绝缘界面耐电强度趋于饱和,用更细的砂纸对电缆进行打磨抛光处理,绝缘界面耐电强度的变化不大。

     

    Abstract: This article conducts experimental research on the effect of surface roughness of cable insulation on the interface performance between cable insulation and cable accessories. The experimental results show that the rougher the cable insulation surface, the lower the electrical strength of the interface. However, when the sandpaper used to treat the cable insulation surface reaches 1200 mesh, the roughness of the cable insulation surface is small enough, and the electrical strength of the insulation interface tends to saturation. The cable is polished and polished with finer sandpaper, The change in dielectric strength of the insulation interface is not significant.
