Abstract:
10kV overhead line accounts for a large proportion in the distribution network. Due to its low insulation level, according to statistics, induced overvoltage is the main cause of lightning trip in distribution lines.The line arrester is one of the most effective means to reduce the lightning trip rate of distribution line at present, the grounding method of the lightning arrester and the configuration plan of the line arrester directly affect the lightning protection effect and lightning resistance level of distribution line.This paper was established Simulation model of induced lightning overvoltage of 10 kv distribution line through PSCAD software, analysis and verify the feasibility and effective of natural grounding type with tower, and the influence of the value of ground resistance and the installation density of arrester on the induced lightning resistance level of distribution lines were studied.The feasibility of natural grounding method for concrete pole is verified, and a reasonable lightning arrester configuration scheme was put forward to ensure the lightning protection effect and technical economy of the line.
