用于大型双水内冷调相机高效更换树脂的射流原理工具的设计和评估

Design and Evaluation of Jet-based Tools for Efficient Resin Replacement in Large Dual-Water Cooled Synchronous compensator

  • 摘要: 针对调相机树脂更换面临人身伤害风险以及人工手动更换易造成更换失效风险等问题,本文研制了一种基于负压射流原理的换流站水系统树脂更换专用工具,其主要结构由射流器、树脂仓、控制柜、水泵、抽水仓、树脂回收仓等部分组成。通过该工具,人员无需直接接触树脂和登高作业,可大幅降低人身伤害风险,同时减少树脂在更换过程中的洒落损耗。基于某某换流站调相机的年度检修现场实验,从工作效率、人员安全和物料安全三个维度开展性能评估,完成了该工具的有效性测试,实现调相机树脂更换的提质增效,填补了市面上树脂更换专用工具的空白。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of the risk of personal injury and the risk of replacement failure caused by manual replacement, this paper develops a special tool for replacing the resin in the water cooling system of the converter station based on the principle of negative pressure jet, whose main structure consists of a jet, a resin storage, a control cabinet, a pump, a pump storage, and a resin recovery storage, etc. With this tool, personnel do not need to directly contact the resin and work at height, which can greatly reduce the risk of personal injury and reduce the loss of spillage during the resin replacement process. Thanks to the production of this tool, personnel do not need to directly contact the resin and work at height, which can greatly reduce the risk of personal injury, and at the same time reduce the resin in the replacement process of the spillage loss. Based on the annual maintenance field test of the regulator of a certain converter station, the effectiveness test of the tool was completed by carrying out the performance evaluation from the three dimensions of work efficiency, personnel safety and material safety, realising the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the resin replacement of the regulator, and filling the gaps of the special resin replacement tool in the market.
