Statistics and Analysis of Tripping Causes of 10kV Power Capacitor Banks

  • 摘要: 并联电容器组回路在运行中出现跳闸是电力系统中的常见情况,导致电容器跳闸的原因多种多样, 所以在实际分析中应该结合跳闸时电容器的运行条件、考虑各种影响因素进行综合分析。本文针对国网重庆璧山供电公司近三年并联电力电容器组跳闸次数偏高的情况进行了分析,统计了跳闸电容器组的生产厂家,跳闸电容器运行时间,以及电容器跳闸时的保护动作情况,确认了导致电容器跳闸的主要原因有电容器电容量变化导致三相电压不平衡、雷雨天气导致跳闸及系统电压波动等原因。并针对异常跳闸情况提出了对应的防范措施,可供变电检修及维护人员参考。

     

    Abstract: The tripping of shunt capacitor bank circuit during operation is a common situation in power system. Capacitor trip can be caused by a variety of reasons. Therefore, the actual analysis should be combined with the operating conditions of the capacitor when tripping, considering various influencing factors for comprehensive analysis. This paper analyzes the high tripping times of shunt capacitor banks in Chongqing Bishan Power Supply Company of State Grid in recent three years, and statistics the manufacturer of tripping capacitor banks, the running time of tripping capacitor, and the protection action of tripping capacitor. It is confirmed that the main reasons leading to capacitor tripping are three phase voltage unbalance caused by capacitor capacitance change, tripping caused by thunderstorm and system voltage fluctuation. In view of the abnormal tripping situation, the corresponding preventive measures are put forward, which can be used as reference for substation maintenance and maintenance personnel.
