Abstract: For the purpose of quickly and accurately obtaining the basin weather forecast map, use Python automatic operation library automatically obtains the weather forecast map for the next three days from the National Meteorological Center, use Pillow library to process the picture, add the Wujiang River basin location map, the logo of Spark Studio of Wujiang Centralized Control Center, modify the picture title, and realize the visual display of the basin forecast.Use the PyQt5, pywin32 library to regularly send the watershed basin's weather forecast map to the production groups.Since the software was put into operation, it has operated normally, greatly reducing the labor amount of the duty staff and improving the work efficiency.
