几种常见断路器保护防跳功能缺失情况分析与探讨

Analysis and discussion on the loss of protection and anti-jump function of several common circuit breakers

  • 摘要: 防跳回路是分合闸回路中重要的功能回路之一,但通常由于断路器本体机构防跳与保护装置防跳回路配合不当、远方失去防跳功能、防跳继电器动作电流与分合闸线圈整定电流参数不匹配、防跳继电器自保持回路设计不合理等原因会导致断路器保护防跳回路故障,使其失去“防跳跃”功能。本文结合现场调试、检修工作中发现的几种断路器保护无防跳功能缺陷,对引起断路器保护防跳功能失效的原因进行分析对比,探讨提出相应的解决措施。

     

    Abstract: Anti-jump circuit is one of the important functional circuits in the on-off circuit, but usually due to the improper match between the circuit breaker body mechanism and the protection device anti-jump circuit, the loss of remote anti-jump function, the mismatch between the operation current of the anti-jump relay and the setting current parameter of the on-off coil, the unreasonable design of the self-holding circuit of the anti-jump relay will lead to the failure of the circuit breaker protection anti-jump circuit. Make it lose the "anti-jump" function. This paper analyzes and compares the reasons causing the failure of circuit breaker protection and anti-jump function, and discusses and puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the defects of circuit breaker protection and anti-jump function found in field debugging and maintenance.
