一起电流回路分流造成计量错误的查找分析

  • 摘要: 摘要:某10kV出线间隔计量回路电能表显示值出现异常,由于检修人员在更换电流互感器的接线过程中,使计量回路的A相电流互感器二次绕组引出线碰在一起,而对该电流互感器的特性试验是在更换前单独对其进行的,不是接好二次导线后在端子箱对电流互感器开展的特性试验,也就未验证二次接线的正确性;导致二次回路分流,最终造成电能表显示A相电流与B、C相电流不平衡。本文根据并联回路分流原理,通过改变计量回路二次负载值得到不同的分流电流的方法,就该查找方法进行了详细阐述,验证了分流回路的存在,提出了电流互感器安装工艺、试验方法的改进意见。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: The display value of an energy meter in a 10kV outgoing line interval metering circuit is abnormal. Due to the maintenance personnel colliding the outgoing wires of the secondary winding of the A-phase current transformer in the metering circuit during the wiring replacement process, the characteristic test of the current transformer was conducted separately before replacement, rather than conducting the characteristic test of the current transformer in the terminal box after connecting the secondary wires, The correctness of the secondary wiring has not been verified; Causing secondary circuit shunt, ultimately resulting in an imbalance between the A-phase current displayed on the energy meter and the B and C phase currents. This article, based on the principle of shunt circuit shunt, elaborates on the method of finding different shunt currents by changing the secondary load value of the metering circuit, verifies the existence of the shunt circuit, and proposes suggestions for improving the installation process and testing methods of current transformers.
