Abstract:
With the further opening of the new energy power generation market, a new round of reform has been carried out in the power market, the share of thermal power generation has been squeezed, the spot trading mode has been gradually opened, and thermal power plants are increasingly playing the role of peak shaving. Therefore, the production competition of thermal power plants is becoming increasingly fierce. How to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition has become an urgent problem for thermal power plants. In this context, low-quality coal blending combustion has become a major issue for thermal power plants to reduce production costs. Due to the low price of low-quality coal, the blending combustion process will save a lot of fuel costs. Since 2015, a power plant has started the mixing and burning of low-quality coal. After more than seven years of mixing and burning experience, the problem of mixing and burning of low-quality coal has been solved, especially for the problems that the coal slime has fine particles, high moisture and large viscosity, which are easy to cause the blockage of the coal chute of the coal handling system, insufficient drying output of the coal mill, extended combustion inertia, decreased boiler efficiency, increased heat loss of smoke exhaust and so on. And targeted a lot of technical transformation work, summed up a lot of reference blending experience.
