浙石化二期安全稳定控制系统的研究和应用

Research and application of security and stability control system of Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical power grid

  • 摘要: 浙江石化企业电网运行方式多变,自备机组与外部大电网联网弱,存在局部孤网风险;电网仅有五回线与外电网的两个站相连,存在潮流越限风险;企业电网内部架构薄弱,单个元件跳闸就会引起过载和频率电压问题,电网稳定运行问题突出,制约了企业的安全高效生产;本文就浙江石化电网稳定问题,分析制定了合理的控制措施,同时结合PCS安全稳定控制装置的原理,提出浙江石化企业电网的配置方案和控制方案。

     

    Abstract: The power grid operation mode of Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical enterprise is variable, The connection between the self-contained unit and the external large power grid is weak, There is local isolated network risk; The power grid has only five circuit lines connected to the two substations of the external power grid, There is a risk of tidal current exceeding the limit; Weak internal structure of enterprise power grid, Tripping of a single element will cause overload and frequency voltage problems, Prominent problems in stable operation of power grid, It restricts the safe and efficient production of enterprises; This paper analyzes and formulates reasonable control measures for the stability of Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical power grid. At the same time, combined with the principle of PCS safety and stability control device, it puts forward the configuration scheme and control scheme of Bailian enterprise power grid.
