反应堆压力容器固有质量的量化评估探究

Research on the Quantitative Evaluation of the Reactor Pressure Vessel Inherent Quality

  • 摘要: 反应堆压力容器制造质量的好坏直接决定了其可靠性、安全性和使用寿命。目前,对反应堆压力容器固有质量的量化评估研究尚属空白,本文以反应堆压力容器为研究对象,建立了一套适用的质量评估模型,采用层次分析法确立了各评估项的权重并对其进行定量分析,发现金属材料、焊接、堆焊这三项直接决定着RPV的固有质量,而接管筒节、接管、堆芯筒节、接管与筒体焊接四项的权重之和超过25%,属RPV生产制造过程中的关键环节。反应堆压力容器的质量评估模型为提升反应堆压力容器的制造质量和可靠性以及策划更有针对性的监管和监督计划提供了一种全方位的判断依据,也为类似机械设备的质量评估提供了一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The manufacturing quality of reactor pressure vessel (RPV) directly determines its reliability, safety and service life. Now, the research on the quantitative evaluation of the RPV inherent quality is still blank. Taking RPV as the research object, a set of applicable quality evaluation model is established, the weight of each evaluation item has been set up by analytic hierarchy process and analyzed quantitatively. It is found that metal material, welding and surfacing directly determine the inherent quality of RPV, and the weight sum of nozzle barrel, nozzle, core barrel, wedding between nozzle and barrel is more than 25 percent, which are the key in RPV manufacturing process. The result provides a comprehensive judgment basis for improving the manufacturing quality and reliability of RPV and planning more targeted supervision plans, and also provides a reference for the quality evaluation of similar mechanical equipment.
