基于语义的通信仓储备件定位技术研究

  • 摘要: 随着公司能源互联网建设的推进,吉林电力通信网组网方式不断优化,智能化水平日益提升,对通信运维提出新的挑战。通信备品备件管理是通信运维的关键环节,面对数量、规范、种类繁杂的备品备件精益化管理成为当前主要的工作难题。本文提出基于机器学习机语义分割与定位结合算法,构建备品备件语义子库,在定位阶段完成基于语义与内容的快速图片检索,实现所需备品备件的快速准确定位,提高设备盘点、应急抢修效率,为备品备件规范化、精益化、全寿命管理提供基础保障。

     

    Abstract: With the development of Energy Internet, Jilin electric power communication network is becoming more and more intelligent, which brings new challenges to communication operation and maintenance. The spare parts management is the key link of communication operation and maintenance, facing the lean management of spare parts with various quantity, standard and variety has become the main difficult problem at present. In this paper, a semantic segmentation and location algorithm based on machine learning machine is proposed to construct the semantic sub-library of spare parts, and to realize fast image retrieval based on semantic and content in the location stage, to realize the rapid and accurate location of spare parts, improve the efficiency of equipment inventory, emergency repair, spare parts for the standardization, lean, life-long management to provide basic security.
