  • 摘要: 电网数字化转型过程中各类业务的井喷式、多元化接入,对电力通信网实时状态感知、业务灵活调度能力提出挑战,对通信系统“中枢”电力通信调度的指挥能力提出更高要求。本文以数据资源为基础,依托人工智能算法及创新管理模式,开展了电力通信网通信资源可用性评估、检修风险分析和通信事件联合监控方法研究,实现电力通信调度具备业务资源自动调配、“通信网+电网”故障联判、智能检修风险分析等能力,实现人工智能技术在通信调度体系数字化业务转型的落地应用。

     

    Abstract: During the digital transformation of power grid, the blowout and multi-access of all kinds of services challenge the real-time state perception and flexible dispatching ability of power communication network, higher requirements are put forward for the command capability of communication system“Central” power communication dispatching. Based on data resource, artificial intelligence algorithm and innovation management mode, this paper studies the methods of communication resource availability evaluation, maintenance risk analysis and communication event joint monitoring in Electric Power Communication Network, the electric power communication dispatch has the ability of automatic business resource allocation, “Communication Network + Power Network” fault connection judgment, intelligent maintenance risk analysis, etc. , to realize the application of artificial intelligence technology in the digital service transformation of communication scheduling system.
