盐碱滩涂地中光伏PHC管桩基础的防腐技术研究

Research on anti-corrosion technology of photovoltaic PHC pipe pile foundation in saline-alkali beach

  • 摘要: PHC管桩由于其工期短、造价低等优点被广泛应用于光伏项目中。然而在盐碱滩涂地强腐蚀环境下,如果不采取防腐措施,其耐久性无法得到保证。针对PHC管桩的特点,通过对混凝土防腐技术的调查研究,结合其腐蚀机理从PHC管桩自身材料和外层防护两方面,提出了应对盐碱滩涂地强腐蚀环境下光伏PHC管桩的防腐蚀策略。该工作为此环境中PHC管桩的防腐蚀方案选取提供了参考和借鉴,并在实际工程中进行了应用。同时,寻求性价比更高的防腐蚀方案也将是我们下一步工作重点。

     

    Abstract: PHC pipe pile is widely used in photovoltaic projects because of its short construction period and low cost. However, under the strong corrosive environment of saline-alkali beach, if no anti-corrosion measures are taken, its durability cannot be guaranteed. According to the characteristics of PHC pipe pile, through the investigation and research of concrete anticorrosion technology, combined with its corrosion mechanism, from the two aspects of PHC pile material and outer protection, the anti - corrosion strategy of photovoltaic PHC pipe pile under strong corrosion environment of saline-alkali beach is put forward. This work provides a reference for the selection of anti-corrosion scheme of PHC pipe pile in this environment. And it has been applied in practical engineering. At the same time, seeking for more cost-effective anti-corrosion programs will also be our next focus.
