Analysis and Improvement Measures of a Small Current Grounding Line Selection Device Tripping and Reclosing Failure Event

  • 摘要: 10kV、35kV系统通常为不接地系统,考虑单相接地故障长时间不消除对设备安全稳定运行造成的威胁,通常配备了小电流接地选线装置进行选线跳闸,同时与重合闸相互配合,实现故障隔离与瞬时故障快速恢复供电的方式,小电流接地选线装置启动重合闸属于外部保护启动重合闸,保护之间的配合非常重要,本文主要通过分析一起小电流接地选线装置动作跳闸重合闸未动作案例,以此进一步掌握外部保护启动重合闸存在的问题及相应改进措施,给现场故障处置提供一些参考。

     

    Abstract: 10kV and 35kV systems are usually ungrounded systems. Considering the threat to the safe and stable operation of equipment caused by single-phase grounding faults that cannot be eliminated for a long time, small current grounding line selection devices are usually equipped for line selection and tripping. At the same time, they cooperate with reclosing to achieve fault isolation and rapid recovery of power supply from instantaneous faults. Starting reclosing with small current grounding line selection devices belongs to external protection starting reclosing, The coordination between protections is very important. This article mainly analyzes a case of a small current grounding line selection device tripping and reclosing not operating, in order to further understand the problems and corresponding improvement measures of external protection starting reclosing, and provide some reference for on-site fault handling.
