电站锅炉水冷壁悬吊管断裂原因分析

Fracture Cause Analysis for Waterwall Suspending Tube in a Power Station Boiler

  • 摘要: 通过对样品的宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、拉伸试验、冲击试验、硬度试验、断口分析及综合分析,对某电站锅炉水冷壁悬吊管的断裂原因进行了失效分析。结果表明:水冷壁悬吊管的断裂模式为穿晶、疲劳断裂,主要原因是悬吊管在运行中存在高频振动,悬吊管弯头的加工硬化及筋板的焊接缺陷对形成裂纹有一定的促进作用。最后,针对该类事故提出了预防措施。

     

    Abstract: The fracture cause for waterwall suspending tube in a power station boiler was analyzed by macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, tensile test, impact test, hardness test, fracture analysis and comprehensive analysis. The results show that the fracture mode for waterwall suspending tube was transgranular and fatigue fracture, the main reason is high frequency vibration in the operation of the suspending tube, the work hardening of the suspending tube elbow and weld defects of steel plate play a promoting role on the formation of cracks. Finally, the preventive measures are put forward for fracture cause.
