氢氧化钾浸渍法从SCR废弃脱硝催化剂中回收钛

Recovery of Titanium from SCR Spent Denitration Catalyst by Potassium Hydroxide Impregnation

  • 摘要: 摘要:采用氢氧化钾浸渍法从废SCR废弃脱硝催化剂中回收钛,研究了碱用量、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂加入量、酸化PH等因素对提取二氧化钛含量的影响。根据试验结果确定了最佳的浸渍条件为:氢氧化钾与样品质量比为4:1,反应温度为80℃,浸渍时间为4h,利用1+1盐酸进行酸化。四种废弃催化剂产生二氧化钛的含量均超过91%。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:The recovery of titanium from waste SCR denitration catalyst by potassium hydroxide impregnation was studied. The effects of alkali dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent addition, acidification PH and other factors on the extraction of titanium dioxide content were studied. According to the test results, the optimum impregnation conditions are determined as follows: the mass ratio of potassium hydroxide to sample is 4:1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the impregnation time is 4h, and 1+1 hydrochloric acid is used for acidification. The content of titanium dioxide produced by the four waste catalysts is more than 91%.
