Abstract:
Abstract:The recovery of titanium from waste SCR denitration catalyst by potassium hydroxide impregnation was studied. The effects of alkali dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent addition, acidification PH and other factors on the extraction of titanium dioxide content were studied. According to the test results, the optimum impregnation conditions are determined as follows: the mass ratio of potassium hydroxide to sample is 4:1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the impregnation time is 4h, and 1+1 hydrochloric acid is used for acidification. The content of titanium dioxide produced by the four waste catalysts is more than 91%.
