基于多模态关键校验算法档案归档完整研究及应用

Research and Application of Archival Integrity Based on Multimodal Critical Verification Algorithm

  • 摘要: 随着公司数字化转型,档案管理向高质量发展,档案整理显得尤为重要。检查档案的完整性和合规性需要大量的人力投入,效率低下,无法满足档案管理的需要。本文采用一种基于多模态关键校验算法方法,构建多模态模型和算法,对公司海量档案数据进行校验,确保档案数据的合规性。它可以取代手工检查每个档案文件,提高文件检查的效率。MATLAB仿真结果表明,基于多模态的关键校验算法具有较高的判断精度,减少了主观因素对档案完整性的影响,实现了计算结果的稳定性,基于多模态关键校验算法能在海量档案信息下,提高公司档案归档完整性,缩短归档时间,优于以往归档方法,满足公司档案整理归档需要。

     

    Abstract: With the digital transformation of the company and the development of archives management to high quality, archives arrangement is particularly important. Checking the integrity and compliance of archives requires a lot of manpower investment, which is inefficient and unable to meet the needs of archives management.In this paper, a method based on multi-modal key verification algorithm is used to build a multi-modal model and algorithm to verify the company's massive archival data to ensure the compliance of archival data. It can replace the manual inspection of each file and improve the efficiency of file inspection.The MATLAB simulation results show that the key check algorithm based on multi-modal has higher judgment accuracy, reduces the influence of subjective factors on the integrity of archives, and realizes the stability of the calculation results. The key check algorithm based on multi-modal can improve the integrity of company archives and shorten the filing time under the massive archives information, which is superior to the previous filing methods.To meet the filing needs of the company's archives.
