一起典型的深度调峰引起的超临界锅炉包墙过热器泄漏案例分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of a Typical Case of Leakage of the Superheater on the Wall of a Supercritical Boiler Caused by Deep Peak Regulation

  • 摘要: 随着电力市场化改革持续深入及新能源技术迅猛发展,煤电机组深度调峰已然成为常态,电网昼夜峰谷负荷差大,深度调峰的频次及深度不断加强,金属部件尤其是锅炉四管失效泄漏的风险进一步增大。本文介绍了一起典型的深度调峰引起的超临界锅炉包墙过热器泄漏失效案例,通过对失效原因进行深入分析,提出了具体的改造方案及应对措施,从根源上解决了横向疲劳裂纹问题,消除了机组频繁深度调峰造成的锅炉受热面管薄弱部位金属材料产生交变应力引起锅炉四管失效的隐患,提高了机组的安全可靠性,值得同类型火电机组推广及应用。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous deepening of power market reform and the rapid development of new energy technologies, deep peak shaving of coal-fired power units has become the norm, and the difference between peak load and valley load of power grid day and night is large, and the frequency and depth of deep peak shaving are constantly strengthened, the risk of failure and leakage of metal parts, especially four tubes of boiler, is further increased. In this paper, a typical case of leakage failure of supercritical boiler envelope wall superheater caused by in-depth peak shaving is introduced, the problem of transverse fatigue crack is solved from the root, and the hidden trouble of four boiler tubes failure caused by alternating stress of metal material in the weak part of boiler heating surface tube caused by frequent and deep peak shaving is eliminated, it improves the safety and reliability of the unit and is worth popularizing and applying in the same type of thermal power unit.
