Research and Engineering Demonstration of Main and Reheat Steam Temperature Improvement for 1000MW Units

  • 摘要: 随着国家电力体制的不断深化改革,发电企业的竞争日趋激烈,大容量、高参数、低能耗成为一种必然的发展趋势。本文以某超超临界百万千瓦火力发电机组为研究对象,通过提升主、再热汽温达到降低机组整体能耗的方法进行研究,从而提高火力发电机组的核心竞争力。为了提升机组的主、再热汽温,本文提出了两种不同的改造方案,通过对两种不同方案优缺点进行对比,最终确定了主、再热汽温提升改造方案,达到了预期的效果,实现了机组达设计值安全、经济运行,值得同类型火电机组推广及应用。

     

    Abstract: With the deepening reform of the national power system, the competition of power generation enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, and the development trend of large capacity, high parameters and low energy consumption is inevitable. In this paper, an ultra supercritical fossil-fuel power station is taken as the research object, LTD. The third phase of million kilowatts thermal power project as the research object, through ascension, the reheat steam temperature to study the ways to achieve reduces the overall energy consumption, so as to improve the core competitiveness of thermal power units. Unit in order to improve the main and reheat steam temperature, two different retrofit scheme is proposed in this paper, through the comparison on the advantages and disadvantages of the two different schemes, finally determine the main and reheat steam temperature ascension retrofit scheme, achieve the expected effect, realized the unit safe and economic operation of design value, worthy of the same type thermal power unit popularization and application.
