摘要

对比了超级铁素体不锈钢(S44660)与凝汽器常用管材钛、黄铜、白铜等在机械性能、耐腐蚀性能等方面的差异

分析了超级铁素体不锈钢管用于凝汽器换热管的技术经济性。结果表明

S44660具有良好的耐蚀性能

且强度高、延展性强、价格便宜

在老机组换管改造中具备良好的技术经济性

可替代钛管及铜管用于凝汽器。

Abstract

The mechanical property and corrosion resistance difference between the super ferrite stainless steel pipe S44660 and the conventional condenser materials like titanium

brass and cupronickel was compared.Moreover

the technical economy of applying super ferrite stainless pipe in installation transformation of heat exchange pipes in condensers was analyzed.The results showed that

with good corrosion resistance

high strength

strong ductility and low price

the S44660 had excellent technical economy in pipe reconstruction for old units.So it can replace the titanium and copper tubes used in condensers.
